At Marico Bangladesh, we’re looking for a seasoned leader to shape our consumer and marketplace intelligence agenda and influence high-impact decisions across brands, categories, and portfolios.
Requirements:
- BBA/MBA from a reputed university
- 7–8 years in FMCG/Telecom/Insights (Bangladesh market)
- Proven experienced in Quantitative Research
- Strong in retail audits, equity tracking, consumer panels
- Experience in brand tracking, pricing, mix & performance analysis
Key Deliverables:
- Deliver insight-backed solutions for MBL brands across development, mix, communication, pricing, and post-launch.
- Own the full research cycle—from brief and methodology to agency, cost, and insight delivery.
- Drive syndicated tools for Bangladesh FMCG (retail off-takes, equity tracks, panels).
- Introduce advanced quantitative tools to build capability.
- Ensure clear and effective dissemination of insights to category teams.
- Own and maintain research repositories and category intelligence.
- Partner with analytics and research teams to decode brand performance.
- Align with Category Heads to identify market shifts.
- Guide the team on Bangladesh-relevant analytical frameworks.
- Support AOP with consumer, category, and competitive insights.
- Lead analytics-driven projects on pricing, segmentation, and portfolio.
- Manage stakeholders and agencies to ensure quality and value.
- Ensure safety compliance and adherence to audit requirements.
